TWIN CITIES WINE EDUCATION presents a comprehensive introduction to the wines of France!
For many, France is the spiritual home of wine. Champagne, Bordeaux, Burgundy … these are the sacred spots, producing some of the most profound wines in the world.
It’s also a confusing country for many consumers. What grapes are grown where, and why? Burgundy is so expensive – what’s up with that? Why do some wines have the grapes varieties on the label but most do not?
In this comprehensive class we’ll answer all those questions. Topics covered will be history, geography, topography, the idea of “terroir,” how to shop for and order French wines, recent vintages, and much more.
Champagne, Alsace, Burgundy, Northern Rhône, Southern Rhône, Bordeaux, the Loire Valley, and more will be covered. This is the most comprehensive into to French wines that you can experience.
Six outstanding wines will be presented, along with a ton of information and education. All wines will be available with special pricing through Solo Vino Wine Shop.
