If you’ve never experienced Bubbles and Fries, here’s how it works. We have the big back room at Malcolm Yards reserved. The kitchen goes into overdrive, bringing hot, salty spuds out for you to devour. A glass is put in your hand. Music is in the air. Seven tables of wine vendors, each pouring a range of wines. Huge discounts are available on all wines ordered that night through Solo Vino. And, of course, all-you-can-eat French Fries.
