Pour and Explore: Chablis

The world of white Burgundy can be intimidating and confusing, but if you zoom in on the region of Chablis, things become (literally) clearer and sharper. Join us to learn all about the brightest style of Chardonnay in the world, where minerality and acidity prevail. No butter found in this bunch!
We’ll begin with a comprehensive Chablis education, encompassing its history, villages, the role of the Grand Cru vineyards, and much more.
We will have two great tables featuring experts who will be pouring their wines, covering a variety of styles and grapes. We’ll explore Petit Chablis, regular Chablis, as well as Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chablis, covering a range of producers and styles. THIS WILL BE THE MOST COMPREHENSIVE CHABLIS TASTING OF THE YEAR.
