Purchase a Bloody Mary from the Boxcar Bar, then walk around Malcolm Yards and purchase a signature skewer from any or all of our unique kitchen concepts to build the ultimate Bloody Mary! Skewers are an additional cost. Available every Saturday and Sunday through November.
Bloody Mary Skewer Options:
– Pickle Roll up: Pickle spear, cream cheese & ham
– Caprese Skewer: Oaxaca cheese, Thai basil pesto, balsamic tomato
– 2 crispy deep fried dumpling skewers = choice of 1-2 flavors! (Pork, Chicken, Veggie).
– 2 whole fried taquitos, 1 grilled chipotle shrimp, 1 whole fried cheddar-stuffed jalapeno, 2” wheel elote on the cob with tajin spice, 2 lime wedges
Chick ‘N Flip
– Nashville dry rub chicken wings, pickle
– Chimichurri steak and chorizo with olive and tomato
– Charcuterie Skewer
– 2 Korean BBQ Beef croquettes, kimchi, pepperoncini and pepperjack cheese
